Udai Leads the Technology Strategy & Architecture space for The Body Shop Globally and has oversight of Security and Compliance areas. Prior to The Body Shop he has a long history of leading and driving Strategy and leading Transformation programmes across various industries. He also has a long history of working with new technologies and has mentored start-ups in the past. Prior to The Body Shop he worked with various Retail, Consulting and Tech companies. His current focus on driving business growth through technology, enabling innovation and agility and evaluating technologies to assess suitability and maturity. Udai is an M.B.A. from Cranfield School of Management and has a Bachelors in Electronics Engineering where he published internationally. Udai is passionate about driving business transformation through technology whilst being pragmatic about organisational maturity and has a broad exposure to multiple industry verticals including Oil and Gas, Telecoms, Banking, Pharma and Public Services. Outside of his current role, he has keen interests in the impact of AI, Ethics and Disruptive Technologies
