Neil Muttock is Commercial Director at Evolve and has been part of the leadership team for over three years. He brings extensive commercial and leadership experience across both the telecommunications and retail sectors.

Before joining Evolve, Neil enjoyed a long and successful career at TalkTalk, where he built deep expertise in commercial strategy, telecoms and customer growth. Prior to this, he spent more than 10 years in leadership roles at Marks & Spencer, developing a strong foundation in retail operations, people leadership and customer experience.

Neil combines his telecoms expertise with his retail background to drive Evolve's commercial strategy, build strong partnerships and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
