Jonathan Summerfield is the founder and CEO of Xiatech, an award-winning company he founded in 2013 to radically accelerate the business transformation of organisations using Composable Integration and data orchestration technologies and techniques. In his role, he drives Xiatech’s strategy and execution. Jonathan has nearly three decades of experience in the software industry. Before starting Xiatech, he was the CTO at Ladbrokes where he led the organisation's global transformation strategy and omnichannel workstreams. Prior to this, he drove the Strategy and Architecture teams at Tesco & Tesco.com, was CTO at SiegelGale and spent his former years delivering technology initiatives at Marks and Spencer. Jonathan is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, including a regular guest at Retail CIO Connect. Jonathan is sought after for his practical advice in helping executives to define and deliver digital-enabled business transformation including technology strategy, data transformation and complex system integration initiatives. In his spare time, Jonathan is a semi-professional magician, an ageing amateur football player and a family man with an understanding wife and three amazing daughters.
