Darryl Beckford

Enterprise Architect, Digital John Lewis Partnership

Darryl is lead enterprise architect at the John Lewis Partnership. As a technology leader who primarily works within the business and application architecture domains to transform organisations to be “digital first”. He has extensive experience in sales & service technologies both in terms of digital self-service and contact centre (omni-channel) environments. He's led teams of 50 FTE in both head of architecture and agile business roles, and is known as a thought leader and speaker on emerging cloud-based digital service technologies. Darryl has a strong business understanding gained in governance roles as a board director of a not-for-profit turning over £15m per annum, and as a Councillor of an authority with a £250m budget where he focused on strategic decisions for children in care.
